Kennie  and  Alisa  (Liza)  Heverly - owners

As  a husband  and  wife  team,  Kennie and  Liza  have  served  coastal  North  Carolina,  providing  quality  custom  construction, for  28  years.  Licensed  in 1995,  Alisa  started  New  Vision  Builders  (with  Kennie)   in  Carteret  County;  since  that  time,  the company’s services  have  expanded  to  include 

Onslow, Pender, New Hanover, and Brunswick counties - any location in southeastern North Carolina!

Over the course of these three decades, New Vision Builders has remained one of the most trusted and dependable contractors in SE North Carolina - both enjoying the best of times, and enduring the extreme and ongoing challenges facing the industry since 2008.

Liza and Kennie’s  dedication to their customers and exquisite attention to detail has propelled the company to success over the years and earned them the reputation they have to this day.  Over the years, the team has completed more than 45 custom homes and over 100 additions / renovations; most customers remain to this day as friends to the family and the company.  Many still entrust and prefer New Vision as their primary contractor on all future projects and for consultation regarding additional or continuing needs. 

Starting in 2022, the family business expanded to include the next generation with the addition of their son, Alan Heverly, to the team. Kennie and Liza are greatly looking forward to the next generation of New Vision Builders and excited to continue serving NC - stronger than any time in the past.
